Calculate Resource Flow from PM

Knowing the scheduled dates to carry out the maintenance work and the resources (spare parts, external services, labor and tools) necessary to carry them out, the MP calculates the Resource Flow.

In the Resource Flow, the PM totals weekly, monthly or yearly the different amounts that will be required of each resource based on scheduled maintenance. Likewise, it presents a budget to comply with the maintenance schedule.

If you want to calculate the Flow of resources for external services, in the main menu select External services and then Resource flow to calculate the flow of resources in a time range.

Calculate Resource Flow from Parts Inventory

As we already mentioned, the flow of resources examines in the MP Maintenance Management program all the maintenance activities scheduled for the equipment, in this way it is possible to know the amount of each resource that is scheduled to be used for each day.

Obtaining the flow of resources is useful for the inventory of spare parts when resources are adequately assigned to maintenance activities since the proper calculation of spare parts requirements and their coverage in time will depend on it.

See Resource Flow

The resource flow calculation can take considerable time given the amount of internal calculations the program performs. Therefore, once the Resource Flow has been calculated, it is stored to be consulted repeatedly without having to recalculate it.

To update the Resource Flow, you need to generate or calculate it again.

You can also check the Flow of resources for one or more teams from the Teams module of the Main Menu.
