What is the Requests Manager?
The Requests Manager program is an application of the MP, that allow administrate and follow up the requests reported by the equipment operators through the Requests Website.
When a failure occurs, the Equipment's operator can create a report due to the Equipment requires the Maintenance personnel attention, this report is created by the Requests Service in the Website or the MPmobile Service, at the moment that the Request was send the person at charge of the Requests Manager Program will receive an message showing that he has a new Maintenance Request, this message inform all Request details, thus the information of the person who reported the failure, and subsequently a work order would be generated and turned to the proper department.
