Introduction to calendars maintenance

The calendars of maintenance shown in a graphical form the scheduling of maintenance work, noting the dates on which they should be performed such jobs. Every time the user reports on a routine job is done, the system reschedules the next date when you must return to be performed, automatically adjusting the schedules of maintenance.

From the assets module, you can check the calendars of maintenance of the equipment selected in the mesh, using the action of the submenu Calendars of maintenance. This action is also available in the catalog of locations.

Schedule maintenance

With the option Schedule maintenance simply specify the number of months to be displayed (up to 12 months) and click on Calculate.

The calendar of maintenance mark the days that have activities scheduled maintenance. The scheduling of maintenance work is adjusted to the settings of your week working and non-working days, so the match maintenance work with non-working days, the program will work on the next working day.

In settings the user indicates the days of your work week and holidays or non-business days.

By double clicking on a specific date, we can see in detail the activities are scheduled to perform on that day. It is possible to identify if a date contains activities coming to be of the following form:

The date marked with at least one activity of routine maintenance next.

The date marked only contains activities of routine maintenance subsequent (the date is calculated directly dependent on when maintenance is done next).

Board detailed maintenance

The board of detailed maintenance shows difference of the calendar of maintenance, the detail of all the activities that are planned for a specific time period, as well as the dates they are scheduled. From this board, we will be able to edit the programming of the activities of routine maintenance using the tool Advance/Postpone activities.

To show this board, it is necessary to indicate what time period we are interested in querying. You should know that the calculation of the board, may take some time depending on the number of activities, the time period to query and the number of computers that you selected.

The icon of the wrench will appear in the days that have a scheduled maintenance activities. On the board of detailed maintenance, we can see the series of dates belonging to the same activity, same that it is possible to identify with the icons:

Indicates that the computer has maintenance next to be held on that day.

Indicates that the computer has activities of routine maintenance subsequent.

Indicates that the activity is next carried out (maintenance next).

Indicates that the activity is subsequent, and the date is calculated depending on when maintenance is done next, so the postmark date is tentative.

Indicates that there are activities with backwardness.

Indicates that the dates of the activities were adjusted by the user.
