Introduction to stores (multi-stores)

In the module Stores the user can check the current stock of the spare parts store, query the value of the store, edit the information from the stores, record the initial stock, locations, stock levels, and create warehouses in the case of multi stores.

The option to manage multiple stores (Multi-stores) is very useful for those companies that have products that are located in more than one store. The user can refer to the stock of a product in each of the stores, valuing inventories by warehouse, and enhance the value of their stores in a consolidated form.

By default, the system generates a general store that contains all the spare parts, if your company only has a store, it is recommended to only keep this store in the catalog stores.

Add stores (multi-stores)

To create a new store you select Add of the toolbar and capture the features of the new store. When you create the new store, you can select in that time, the resources it contains and record the initial stock if you have the information at that time, or well, you'll be able to do it later.

Determination of the spare parts that are handled by each store

At the time of creating a new store you can also indicate the resources that will be handled in that store.

Once you have created the store, the module Stores will show you the different stores at the top and you'll be able to consult the information of the spare parts they contain.
